Educational Qualification
Manager Candidates must meet any one of the following: a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or with Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with at least 55% marks along with an ‘O’ Level or equivalent computer qualification as per UP Government rules; a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT or BCA/MCA with at least 55% marks; a BBA/MBA in Banking, Finance, or HR from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institution; or a full-time PGDM in Banking, Finance, or HR from a recognized institute.
Junior Manager Same qualification pathways as Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics (55%+) with ‘O’ Level computer qualification; or B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT or BCA/MCA (55%+); or BBA/MBA in Banking, Finance, or HR; or full-time PGDM in Banking, Finance, or HR from a recognized institute.
Assistant/Cashier (Banking Assistant/Clerical Staff) Bachelor’s degree with at least 55% marks from a recognized university or institution, along with a mandatory CCC (Computer Concepts) certificate.
Assistant/Typist Graduation degree from a recognized university or institute, with typing speed of 30 wpm in Hindi and 40 wpm in English. A minimum CCC (Computer Concepts) certificate is mandatory.
